To ensure the accuracy and quality of your custom order, we will first review the order details and make any necessary adjustments to the specifications and pricing. Once your order has been reviewed, we will send you a confirmation for authorization before production begins.
A 50% down payment is required when placing your order, with the remaining balance due when the order is ready, prior to shipping. The deposit is refundable if the order is cancelled before production begins.
If you are repeating previous order or know exactly what you need, you can simply write your own instructions.
If you are repeating previous order, please indicate your last order or reference number along with any changes you wish to make.
We will review your order, adjust and send you the price quote accordingly
Our hair system base sizes fall into the following three categories:
Top-of-head: up to 8" x 10" ( 80 square inches)
3/4 Cap: up to 10" x 10" ( 100 square inches )
Full Cap: Wig size ( over 100 square inches )
Specify size width x length, up to 8" x10". for size over 8" x 10", please mail us a template for better accuracy and fitting.
Sending us a template or an old unit is essential to ensure the proper fitting with 3/4 Cap or Full Cap order

Please describe the hair color, regardless if there is any grey blending. This will help to have accurate cost estimation as higher price for light brown and blond hair color when hair is longer than 6″.
Describe how to use the color sample as well as additional blending required. Example: 10% more grey at temple then the rest OR base color #2 with 30% grey in front and top, 20% grey at back and 40% at temples and sides.

Standard hair length on stock models is 5" - 6" long. Hair longer than 6" cost extra.

Standard is Light wave 30 mm on stock systems. Curl is defined by the diameter of the roller that hair are rolled to receive the perm. The smaller the diameter is, the curler the hair will be. 4mm is Afro and 40mm is straight. Select "other" from the options list to specify your own options: 4, 5, 8, 10 ,12, 15, 18, 20 ,22, 25, 28, 30, 32, 35, 40 mm.
Specify range: 4, 5, 8, 10 ,12, 15, 18, 20 ,22, 25, 28, 30, 32, 35, 40 mm. You may also specify different wave in different places. Example: 28mm at front and top, 35mm at sides and back.
60% is rated as extra light, 80% is light, 100% is light/medium, 130% is medium, 150% is medium/heavy and 180% is heavy. Select "other" from option list to specify density in detail, such as different density in different area.
Specify density range from 60% to 180%. You may also specify different density at at different places. Example: 115% at front and top, 100% at sides and back.
Standard is Free Style on all stock models
Tell us how would you like to customize it. or simply write it "call me for detail". Don't worry , we will always call you to confirm details if your instruction was not clear.
